“While the room was described as a balcony room on the riverfront it is really a ground level room with a small wooden deck. It sits on a field that is a good distance away from the water and you have a slight view of the river from your room. The grounds offer nice seating to view and enjoy the river from. There is a pool in front of the motel that was kept clean. This is a roadside motel so there are many loud vehicles that travel by all hours of the night. The air conditioner has a high fan……

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The lady answering the phone was so nice and helpful. Will stay again when we go to Ichetucknee springs.”

“The inn was clean. It is a no frills inn with the basics- ac, fridge, microwave, tv, bed, and bathroom. Check in was easy and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. ”

“I see the cockroach in the room .so I didn’t sleep very well but the employees at the front desk is very nice . I hate the cockroach and I see it . Maybe means not very clean . ”

“This property had a 4.2, which I thought was good. When we arrived, the first thing was that the parking lot was pretty empty (Saturday night, graduation weekend), and we could see the doors to the rooms were different styles, as if they were replaced. The person in the lobby, Raul, was helpful in his own way. We had already noticed the pool was closed. We were given a room by the pool. When we went to the room, it smelled musty. The bed was literally on a metal spring. The toilet was leaking……
