The cons1- I was looking for a quiet retreat in nature, unfortunately the highway noise was loud and the neighbors were playing loud music and riding dirt bikes up and down the road during my entire stay so I didn't get to enjoy the yard. I understand the owner has no control over this, but it's worth mentioning if you're considering this place for a quiet get away. 2- the ac vent rattled constantly keeping me up at night and was full of mold. 3- the shower is not only in need of repairs but proper cleaning 4- the pillows were flat, for me this was fine because I doubled them up (I was there by myself) but if you have two people I don't think the pillows would have been satisfactory 5- there is a gate at the driveway with a padlock, this just felt like a hassle I wasn't expecting and didn't want to deal with every time I left.6- I was also disappointed that there was no deadbolt, the keypad door lock has no indicator on the inside to show if/when the door is locked. Side note- they have a doorbell camera on the front porch. Personally this made me uncomfortable and I felt like I couldn't sit on or enjoy the porch because of it.
