I didn't need to do much as far as the staff was concerned though they were smiling and gracious as I passed by. We found an empty box of candy next to the chair in the room in the corner which lets me know they don't really clean the rooms. The pool was also so cold we couldn't stay in at all unfortunately and the pool was a part of why we booked this hotel. The room wasn't bad except for it not being clean right...I did like the dove soap and lotion in the room. Although we didn't do breakfast it did look and smell amazing.
