“Horrible experience! Upon opening the front door we knew it’d be bad! They had the heater on- even though the area was experiencing a heat wave!!! Shower door never closed right! Had to request amenities several times! Had to request towels multiple times, since they do NOT clean up the room daily! No housekeeping at ALL!!! When I requested at least a discount for the poorly maintained room the Front desk reply was: I do not own this property therefore I can’t help much!!!! 😡……

“The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! ”
