Called to ask about a late check in person was rude and said “our check in is at 11 and we sent you a message back that we can’t honour your booking “ even though I had a confirmation number. Person was unapologetic treated me like disposable income. On a happy note the next place we stayed was great and friendly.

VERY limited parking. Each room has one assigned spot, but it seems that no one parks in the proper one. We arrived in two vehicles, our spot was taken, so we parked one in another room’s spot. We were told to by the person in that room as his truck was too big to park in it anyway. The second vehicle we ended up parking behind the other guys truck. The beds were on the softer side, the bathroom needed some cosmetic work done to it and there was cobwebs in one of the lamps.

When we arrived, we were informed tat the B.C. government had taken over the motel to house forest fire fighters. and we were out of luck. I payed $171.35 for the booking. and no refund was offered. A bunch of crooks. I had no way of cancelling the booking as we were travelling all day.
