“The staff was great and very helpful but everything else was horrible. Not taken care of at all and nowhere near what it is made to look like in the pictures online. No blankets for the bed, just sheets. Bath not working, and a sewage smell coming from bathroom. I ended up leaving after the first night, renting another room elsewhere, and losing out on the money paid because I could not bring myself to stay another night.”

“We booked all 3 pods for a 1 night stay on the way back to the airport after touring Costa Rica and all were excellent, privately located with an outdoor kitchen, toilet, shower, balcony and jacuzzi. Although quite remote, they do offer a takeaway delivery service from a local restaurant, and the town is approx 15 minutes away. Important to note that the transparent pod is down a steep windy narrow path with lots of uneven steps, which is quite difficult to walk up and down and a real challenge……

“This place was one of our favorites in Costa Rica. The views are breathtaking. The outdoor balcony with unique hammock, swing, and jacuzzi tub was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and their incredible breakfast! They provided cozy housecoats as well that keep you warm on the chilly mornings. Javier was amazing. So personable, thoughtful and kind.
