"The room was spacious and clean , excellent breakfast with hot food options, beautiful view from the patio. One can actually spot colorful birds and a couple of agoutis on the ground. We loved swimming pool and hot pool area. The bath robes were provided. They also offered free mini bar for the first day, it was really useful. The only problem we experienced was the slow shower drain and banging noise during nights when the wind was strong. We think it was the tree branch hitting the roof of our room, we were on the 4th floor. It didn’t prevent us from sleeping as we were tired after our activities, but it was pretty loud and unexpected. "

"Have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! The grounds are incredible. They are filled with beautiful flowers and three different hiking trails. The room was excellent—very spacious, beautiful views of the forest, and we were able to see animals right outside our window. The restaurant on premise was wonderful for all meals. The staff went out of their way to help. Our flight got cancelled, and they reached out proactively and were able to book us a different driver from the airport to hotel. All tours can be booked on site. Truly wonderful experience! "
