It was incredible! The only thing I did not like was the peddlers and people trying to sell you things along the walk to the beach. We stayed away from the beach because of it. Otherwise it was amazing! Food was great, property was clean and very well kept, the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

The staff at Astra was incredible! They embody the heart of Pura Vida and costa rica. Astra felt like such a safe, clean, space to land as a solo traveler. I will definitely be back!

Unique “treehouse” experience. Amazing forest/mountains view. It was quite of a delight to stay in such of eco-friendly environment. Great food at the Hotel Taru restaurant. "I enjoyed my short stay here. For all inclusive the food was good and lots of options for a smaller resort. It surprised me that at the pool no service was offered. Only when I went to the bar did I receive any service. Why no one served me around the pool area I have no idea."
