No food after 11pm
Customer service can’t be reached at 1AM
Music was only accommodating to the Spanish guests
Towels in room need to white and not brown, also need new towel.
Toilet constantly running water, very annoying.
Basically, my stay was horrible. I stayed at the RIU in Aruba and I had no complaints. This is my first time in Costa Rica and my last time.
