"This was a perfect hotel for our one night stay between flights. It’s just 20 minutes from the airport and connected to a small shopping mall were there was a good selection of small restaurants. We had a one bedroom suite that was good value, well appointed and spacious with a great bed. The buffet breakfast was as good as a buffet breakfast gets and the young woman on the egg Station made a perfect omelette for me. "

"This is an outstanding airport hotel. The rooms are large and well laid-out, the front desk staff are friendly and engaging, and -- rare among airport hotels -- the restaurant offers excellent Indonesian, Chinese, and European food. Also rare among airport hotels, the fitness center is very good. It has two treadmills, several other exercise machines, weights, and lots of space for improvized exercise. If you want to just stretch your legs you can also walk from Anara over to terminal 3, which has a nice assortment of small and medium size restaurants, as well as small convenience stores. I have stayed now more than 10 times at the Anara. It's not just a very good airport hotel, it is an excellent hotel. "

"Wonderful refuge — a delight in every way."

"I chose this hotel primarily because of its excellent reviews and its convenient location. However, there were several issues during our stay that affected our overall experience. During breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded and we had to wait approximately 15 minutes for a table. When we were eventually seated, the table had not been properly cleaned, despite being directed to it by staff. We also visited the spa as we were quite tired. Unfortunately, the therapist who attended to me was coughing throughout the massage and did not apologise, which made the experience uncomfortable. Given the premium pricing and the hotel’s five-star standard, we had expected a higher level of professionalism. The most concerning incident occurred in the evening. When we returned to the hotel at around 9:30 pm, we found our room door unlocked. This was extremely distressing for us. We immediately contacted the manager. We were later informed that housekeeping had left the door open while removing items after cleaning. Although we appreciated the explanation and the complimentary airport transfer offered the next day, the incident left us feeling unsettled and we did not sleep well that night. While we understand that it was Chinese New Year and the hotel was operating at full capacity, room security should never be compromised. We still value the hotel location and consider staying again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be taken constructively to improve the guest stay."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Mulia. The service was warm, professional and efficient. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Junior suite was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The executive lounge on the 38th floor was beautiful with expansive views of the city. Overall, great experience and I highly recommend! "
