This house had everything we needed and more! We loved the outdoor features; screened in porch, the back patio with a fireplace and a lovely waterfall fountain where we watched deer, birds and butterflies The living room had plenty of comfortable seating. We even played some ping pong in the garage! It’s conveniently located between Johnson City and Fredericksburg with easy access to all the wineries and restaurants. Delores answered any questions quickly and offered more help if we needed anything! "
