“El hotel está bien, la habitación amplia y cómoda, pero el baño olía muy mal, no tiene ventilacion y huele a tuberia. Al hacer el chekin me olvide el pasaporte en recepcion y no me avisaron durante dos dias, me di cuenta por casualidad a la hora de irnos pero si fuera por el personal de recepcion me hubiera ido dejando alli el pasaporte! Me parece fatal porque te pueden arruinar tu viaje! ”

“Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.”

We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. “The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5”
