The person I spoke with said he didn’t have the authorization to make an adjustment, but he would have someone call me the next day that could help. No one ever called me back. So my $650 is now gone. I understand if there was nothing that could be done , but you do what you say you will do and call them back , not just ignore your customer and his situation. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned properly — there was hair all over the shower floor and even in the bed area, including full wads of hair. We asked to move rooms, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off. For a $500+ weekend, this was incredibly disappointing and honestly pretty gross. To make matters worse, when we arrived late at night, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or offer any basic hospitality.
