"We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and the response time was quick. We had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately, we were in the area for a funeral, but it was nice to have a place to relax and plenty of space for my 2 year old grandson to move about. I will definitely return again to stay here to visit family on a more delightful note."

"I did not realize the property was a former mansion. The apartment feels like a house. Each room is so lovely with bright natural light. The beds were so comfy and perfectly made with lots of blankets and pillows. Esther communicated perfectly with us and added sweet touches like a nespresso with coffee, tooth brushes and paste, plenty of towels, shampoo and soaps, and some spices and cooking utensils as needed. "Nice weekend getaway to get some quietness. This place would be really nice in the beginning of the fall in which it's still warm and vacation time period is not as busy. Owners was very helpful and always picked up the phone. We had a miss communication with the fire stick, but they quickly rectify the issue within hours and apologies for any inconvenience. These are the type of owners you always want to rent from. Local pizza place was really good."

"Though we somehow were not expecting to have to walk up three and a half flights, the accomodations were excellent! Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! The star of the trip was the food, though, and the recommendations were appreciated."

"Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. I was on a vacation/work trip and driving to New England with my 4-month-old Westie. Stopped here for a 4-night stay and I have family in the area. Loved the little apartment with the deck overlooking the creek. Betsy, the host, was wonderful, felt like meeting a long, lost friend. A lot to do in the Tunkhannock area. "I would definitely recommend this property. The space was perfect for the four of us and everything we needed was provided. It was clean and about a half our from a lot of different adventures:). The upstairs does get warm but that was expected in the summer (no a/c). "

"Warm, cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake and forests. My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was the perfect chance to relax and unwind. Plenty to do in the community itself, and in the nearby area as well, but my girlfriend said her favorite moment was when this family of deer came by to graze along the front yard while we sat on the deck and watched. Thanks again to Ashleigh and Michael for providing such a comfortable place for us to stay."
