“The outside property was in poor condition with junk laying around. The room was outdated and found cobwebs from the curtain rod to the ceiling. The walls were in dire need of paint, there were gouges and scuff marks throughout. The bed was hard and bedding was outdated. The air conditioning worked well but the hot water took about 15 minutes to get warm. There was an undisclosed charge for “cleaning” prior to check in, for having a medical alert service animal. “The air conditioning unit only cooled a little bit cooler than the outside temperature. It was more like a fan moving the air around. The complimentary breakfast was coffee, orange juice, 1 kind of super sugary cereal, individually wrapped slices of bread you could toast, and mandarine oranges. The pictures you see on the internet show a swimming pool and hot tub....neither of these exist! Also the pictures of rooms look nothing like our room which was not clean!! We'll never go back!!!!!”
