"This hotel is at the far end of the town, so it was a bit far to walk to the downtown area. It is, however located across from a Waterpark and the Festhall where the Oktoberfest celebration starts. Outdoor pool available. Breakfast was homemade waffles, etc... overall, good experience."

The people who clean the rooms were very considerate of my specific needs. The hotel was very clean and everyone had a smile and said hello. My brother lives in Gainsville and there is no other place I’d stay. "

"For starters, Helen is a great, little town! The Inn was cozy & quiet. Walking distance to everything. Good TV, nice shower, and a great-comfy King bed! The only negative-door was kinda hard to close; had to slam it.(Room #207)."

"We love this cabin, this was our 6th.stay here.It would be nice to have grab bars in the two large tubs. The balcony is great, but could use a really good scrubbing. We love sitting on the balcony watching the tubers and the river."
