Couples Retreat - May Special - Free Activity

Have a memorable honeymoon, a romantic anniversary weekend, or a small family getaway in this beautiful and comfortable cabin. From the living room you’ll have easy access to the deck. Let the fresh mountain air wash over you as you sit back and relax, with a cup of coffee. For the ultimate relaxing experience, soak in the hot tub just outside the bedroom on a screened porch. With the woods surrounding you, you can enjoy a romantic and private soak year-round.

May Special - Choose One Free Activity out of three offers. One guest receives free admission with a minimum of two participants for same activity. May Special for a Free Activity is valid for reservations with arrival date by May 31, 2024. Activities include a choice of Canopy Zip Line Tour (with additional discounts for your other guests), Panning for Gemstones or Escape Room Challenge located in Alpine Helen. Only One Free Activity per Reservation. Must mention that you would like to participate in our "May Free Activity" special in guest comments or notes when booking online. The coupons will be sent to your email address as soon as we have all requested info and the reservation is paid in full.

This lovely cabin has one queen bedroom with bath. and downstairs you will find the game room with a pool table. There is also a second full bath just off the game room. Netflix is available on the smart TV and a DVD player for those movie nights in front of the gas fireplace.

While there are plenty of great restaurants in nearby in town, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals in the cabin. The are both a standard drip and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Beautiful wood cabinets, full-size appliances, and plenty of tools will make whipping up meals and snacks a breeze. It will be a welcoming break from the busy restaurants.

There is also a propane grill outside, which is ideal for grilling up steaks and burgers on nice clear evenings. Take a break from it all with a memorable stay here.

Couples Retreat is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time pet fee of $75 + tax will be added if you bring your dog. There is room enough to bring one small dog under 25 pounds!

There are two security cameras at Couples Retreat. One is on the front porch and the other is in the back of the house facing the yard.

We came for our honeymoon and loved it! It’s not as private as the listing says, you have neighbors on both sides of the cabin. You can see both neighbors, but it was quiet.

My husband and I take a valentines cabin trip every year to cleveland/helen. This was a super cute cabin, it was easy to get to, and perfectly cozy for two. We enjoyed the hot tub (felt like one of the most private we've been to!) And the peaceful area the cabin was in.

It was a perfect place for my wife and I to disappear for the weekend. The cabin was very clean for being in the middle of woods. Our only complaint was that the table was a little sticky and the mattress isn't a style that suits me. Other than that it was magical.

Refrigerator doesn't work & floors needed to be cleaned
We really liked this cabin; however, there were some issues. The floors were dirty. I didn't notice until I took my shoes off and was walking around in bare feet. We had to wipe our feet off before we got in bed so the dirt wouldn't be in the bed, too. The floor needed a good vacuuming or sweeping. The table behind the couch was also sticky. I don't think they cleaned much recently. The refrigerator was more like a cooler. The freezer didn't work. The refrigerator needs to be fixed or replaced. Bring your own pillows. The pillows on the bed were sad. We had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. Make sure your car can get up a steep mountain "road" with lots of potholes. The description of the property should warn people in case they don't have cars that can make it up the mountain. The road needs to be fixed. Some other general maintenance and cleaning could be done to make it a little nicer. We enjoyed the hot tub, and there were lots of towels and kitchenware. There was a book that guests could write suggestions of things to do and places to eat, so that was nice. We also saw lots of deer.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway! Spent most of the time in the cabin just relaxing. Cooked all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings, playing pool and napping during the day, and watching tv in the hot tub in the evenings. If you are looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle but still full of activities and relaxing -- this is definitely the place to stay!

Serene Mountain View Close to Town With Play Room!
I thoroughly enjoyed having a cabin with IT ALL! Hot tub with Privacy. Basement with billiards and darts! Mornings included watching the deer quietly traverse the backyard under the view of Pink Mountain. The only thing less than perfect was the loveseat wasn't comfortable for my bad back, and the bed was a little stiff for my liking. The cabin is beautiful. The lighting in thr kitchen is glorious. The staff is available at all hours and willing to help with anything! Thanks Raymond. Jonna, Jim and everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in this little cabin in the woods. Just a heads up, the road is washed out a bit if you are in a small vehicle. We made it in our Buick but had to navigate in/out very slowly.

Adorable cabin in quiet neighborhood.
We had a very relaxing getaway at Couples Retreat. We enjoyed Unicoi Park, Brasstown Bald, Sautee Nacoochee and downtown Helen. Our favorite meal was at Mully's Nacoochee Grill and we always go to the Heidelberg in Helen for Snitzel, red cabbage and spaetzle! We hope to return!
