“Very nice and quiet environment. Room is clean. It would be nice if they can put some hooks in the room for hanging things, as there are no rod or hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. “Excellent location, views and staff but lets be clear about something- IT IS NOT A PRIVATE VILLA! On the 2nd night other guests had to pass by our “private balcony suite” to access their suite. We brought this up to the owner and all he offered was that we could leave… we contacted Expedia as well and even they could not bet the owner to budge or even offer explanation. If it had been advertised as shared space then that would be ok but it wasnt! ”

“This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. “The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
