“Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.”

“The pros: good location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms are great. The bar is nice. The cons: this place is not clean at all and left me itchy / not able to sleep well as I suspected the sheets weren’t clean from The previous users. They were pilly and old feeling, plus dust was everywhere. The common areas are well designed but again, wear and tear and dirty shows signs of aging. If it were cleaner it could reach 3stars.”

“Zimmer sind klein aber genug Platz für eine Person, saubere Bettwäsche. Kissen sind unbequem. Dusche zu klein. Zu laut von draussen und von neben Zimmer, kann man alles hören. Die Unterkunft war kompliziert, in der Sinn der Uhrzeit. Von 14 bis 18:30 ist geschlossen und muss man es warten bis wieder Öffnung, die finde sehr unpraktisch. Die Mitarbeiter fehlt Qualifikationen um die Dokumentation auszufüllen. Und sehr unangenehm karachter und unnötig Sarkasmus. Ich kann passen die Kleinigkeiten von……
