All food was great, the reception desk wasn’t friendly but later I found out that’s part of their culture and probably because I look like I can be from Panama, the building is okay and they are improving it I met the owner a very nice man still working and for me as a business owner he is an example to be followed

Excellent stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe and secure at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast and food were also excellent and exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. This was a perfect hotel to stay and very close to the port if you are taking the cruise from CoLon port.

A great place to treat myself after Iiving on my boat. Areas for improvement :- Simple salt and pepper shakers would be better in the dining room. WiFi was active but there seemed to be no internet connection behind it - but I use mostly my phone anyway.

Not bad Location if you plan on going to the Free Zone. Breakfast was exceptional for the 2 days I spent there, however the coffee isnt free good by Panamanian standards.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating of queries and providing adequate guidance. The hotel is located in the Free Zone and transportation was readily available. The hotel and room was clean and the room was very spacious for the cost.
