Colonia Square Tours

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund

Water smelt bad, got charge a cleaning fee to have the place cleaned during the stay and it never happened.

Excellent boutique hotel with a lot of nice touches in the room, just better room furnishings overall, and the food in the restaurant was very good
