Colonial Downs Tours

There was no cellphone service and the WiFi would go in and out. This really made the stay poor. The TV was hard to view from on top of an armoire. The carpet needed to be replaced. The handles were broken in the sink and there was not a plug for the tub. The area was not great. You could hear the airplanes and see them so it depends if you would like to hear/see that or not. We were excited about the breakfast but it ended at 9 am so we did not get to partake. The grounds and lobby were clean.

This place has a lot of potential but seems to be under renovation for the past few years. Plus the whole area around it has been under renovation too. The cost of parking was high. The lounge could turn into something cool but isn't much at this time.

The heating and air conditioning was difficult to control and even when I turned it off it kept running. I called the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Both me and my daughter had dry sore throats from the excessive air. I asked for humidifier and they didn’t supply or even offer to help figure out the problem
