We had to go back a hallway to yell to him to please come help us. Also, we called the front desk the first night because the smell of marijuana was awful. He came up to see about it and agreed it gave him a headache as he got off the elevator. There was a fog in our hallway. He told me he couldn't do anything about it because all of the doors had their do not disturb signs out. It was so bad we could feel it in our throats. Very bad experience! I told him we wanted our money back.
