The hotel has NOT been maintained. The laundry services were down, the hot tub was down, the ice machine was down, the first room my mom was placed in the TV didn't work, the refrigerators in 2 separate rooms barley got cold. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean, however the hotel was FAR from what we were expecting through pictures and advertisement.

An older property that needs modernization. Room was large with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but the waffle machine wasn’t working and the yogurt and dairy products weren’t refrigerated. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.

False picture of hotel on Expedia website; VERY outdated facility; shabby furniture; musty smell throughout; leaky fixtures; difficulty sending/receiving texts inside; window frames weathered & needed cleaning; struggled to unlock door (others had trouble also); very drab facility. We would not have stayed there had I had the assurance I could have gotten my money refunded. Front desk staff was very friendly, respectful and courteous; Wednesday's breakfast was excellent; showerhead was nice. The franchise holder is doing the staff a disservice by not updating and better caring for the facility.

Firstly, the staff was AMAZING. Everyone was kind, helpful and responsive. I cannot complain about them at all, but the facility is disgusting. I am still appalled that I spend $250 for one night in that. I didn't sleep because the bed was really old and not well maintained (I'm fairly certain that the mattress was older than than me with the old school springs in it). The room was filthy and even the wood around the casing that holds the fridge was literally falling apart. I had to wear shoes in the room to ensure I did not get any splinters from the particle board that was rotting and falling apart. I feel that a decent price for something in such shambles would be around $50 a night, at best. The touch up paint did not match and since they have re-painted over and over, the paint had chipped and was peeling in the room and bathroom. Again, the staff was amazing and it is such a shame that talent like this is being wasted in an absolute dump.
