Thank you, the room was clean and free of any bugs. The Staff was absolutely AMAZING to the needs of my Family. Even other guest were welcoming and friendly. I will stay here again. Parking was okay only because there was a lot of guest there, but that means other people liked it as well. Breakfast was good but the coffee was Fantastic 😆
Nice hotel, comfortable, with good breakfast. I’m not used to the southern humidity and I didn’t think my AC could keep up. If I was there longer I would have asked about it, but could have just been me and my internal thermostat.
Could have had some fresh fruit at breakfast but overall a good selection. The fitness center was good newer weights and equipment that actually worked.
Room was nice enough, we really loved the conviene of having a mini fridge and microwave, especially because we were traveling with an infant, the breakfast had lot of variety, we went at different times each day of our stay and was fresh, parking was well lit, the best part was the location, we were close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping.
I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Columbus-North Columbus. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and the team made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel provided a quiet and relaxing environment that made it easy to get a good night's rest. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of options and was a convenient way to start the day.
The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hotel was well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.
I truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent customer service provided by the staff. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn Columbus-North Columbus to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!
This was a VERY GOOD hotel. Clean was my favorite. The breakfast was really good too. The only bad thing was the parking. They didn’t have plenty of parking. We checked in on a Friday night.
My husband and I both had motorcycles and we couldn’t find parking so we had to park on their lobby entrance. When we came downstairs on Saturday morning and saw painters panting the exterior of the hotel we freaked out.
The motorcycles had paint stains but the worst part was that the hotel employees that checked us in knew where we were parking and didn’t warn us or tell us anything about the painters coming out to paint the next morning. Our motorcycles have paint stains and while my husband spoke to one of the painters and lend him a water hose, not all stains came off and we have to get that fixed.
Communication is key and now we’re in a a situation where our Motorcyles need to be repainted in some areas which is cost effective.
Other than that everything else was perfect truly. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Updated. Everything was perfect. The WiFi is great.
Thank you.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The room was spotless and I truly appreciate a clean room. The staff were very friendly and all seemed happy. I would definitely tell friends and family to stay here. When we are back in the area again this will be our personal go to hotel. Thanks!
The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. The only complaint is the outdated heating and air system...it was loud and made it somewhat hard to sleep.
My children attend a competition in Columbus every year, and this is (by far!) the best mid-range hotel we've stayed at in town. Everything was clean, worked well, it was quiet in the halls, breakfast actually tasted good, and the staff was pleasant. Literally nothing to complain about. I'll be back again next year!
The area was safe for walking to local dining. The hotel staff was courteous. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff kept everything tidy and clean.
