“An excellent place to stay”

“One night stay. Was clean and quiet.”

“Becky and Chip are superb hosts. Becky responded to all my questions and was most helpful. The accommodation is a suite with a full kitchen. It is one of the few kitchens that could accommodate just about anything that you might like to cook. The living room was very comfortable. After a long drive, the sofas were much appreciated. There were little things that most hosts don't include that I think should be called out. There was / were 1. a welcome note, which shocked me. The note……

“Upon arrival our room smelled of cigarette smoke we alerted the front desk and they sent up some room spray in a bottle. I went to take a shower and the shower head was dirty. The refrigerator was non-functional and you could see the wires behind the fridge because there was a hole behind it. The carpet was dirty. The manager was made aware and apologized and said she would work things out with me. I have not seen a refund because I secured the trip through Expedia. So not sure if any……

Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.”
