"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

My hosts were very hospitable and made my stay as pleasant as possible. They were eager to help, open feedback, and proactive in terms of resolving issues. Would love to return on my next visit!"
