“The room was nice and clean, the beds and bedding were soft and comfy. But the lotion pump in the bathroom was grimy & crusty all over the top - it’s those refillable ZERO brand ones. Also, there’s no conditioner. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide conditioner, or at least a 2-in-1. The mirror in the bathroom has no anti-fog feature and there’s no fart fan, so foggy mirrors after showers. The breakfast was exactly as expected - nothing to write home about but it broke the fast.……

“As outside temperature was in the 98 to 105 degrees. Way too hot for the miss’s and I. There is a fishing pond and a paddle boat you can use if you wish. Breakfast was great and the owner Perry was very polite and had done well with the place. Great place to relax. Except for the hot weather everything was very good.”

“We had a very nice room, more like a small suite, that was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished for a very reasonable price. It was in an historic building with a great city view from the open-air rooftop lounge/smoking area (if you can tolerate being around smoke). Details like soft thick towels were an added touch. It was within walking distance (10 minutes) of several downtown restaurants. One downside: decaf coffee pods were promised but never delivered. Note; the listing shows breakfast……
