“Stunningly beautiful views! Well-maintained and spotlessly clean cottage. Kitchen has everything you need, and there are 2 fridges (one mini in the kitchen, one full with freezer in basement.) Weather was hot a few days during our stay, and the window AC unit in the living room kept the whole cottage cool. The upstairs loft is very cute and cozy but is only accessible via a set of stairs that’s really more like a ladder. Both beds were extremely comfy! Enough parking for 3 cars, which worked...

“We had a fantastic time at this property! The cottage was cozy and had everything we needed, even coffee. Vince gave us a tour and let us know everything we needed to know when we arrived. The kayaking was amazing. We got so close to bald eagles it was breathtaking, we were simply awed. We saw eagles, osprey, herons and so much wildlife. Vince and Sandy were absolutely wonderful hosts, so friendly, accessible and helpful. They even took us out on the boat one evening for a tour of the lake and...

“Eagles, Mergansers and Loons oh my! This property was exquisite. If we didn’t live so far away it would be our forever vacation stay. We tried hard to find something the cottage was missing but that turned out to be impossible. We spent countless hours on the dock, on the porch and just sitting in the yard. The lake is beautiful. As the sun sets to the right, the moon is rising to the left. Best of both worlds. Our heartfelt thanks to the owners for sharing their piece of heaven on earth. ”

“Perfect, quiet weekend away for my husband and I! The front porch was where we spent all our time. Very clean, anything we needed was available, and Kim was very communicative in making sure we were all set. As with many Maine camps, very steep stairs to the upstairs sleeping area but it’s well lit. Neighbors are very close but everyone was nice and welcoming. We rented a boat for the day from Merrill’s Marina half a mile away and explored the lake that way. We would definitely stay again!”
