I thought it was strange as they have a note on the mirror stating housekeeping comes around every second day. Got to the room and the heat was turned off so it was a little cold checking in. Breakfast buffet was ok/good compared to other Hampton Inn by Hilton in other cities. Was disappointed to find paper plates, cutlery and plastic cups. I find it hard to eat and don't find it enjoyable using recycled wooden cutlery. Also not very good for the environment even if it's recyclable. The bed mattresses are about a hundred years old. The lighter person will roll down to the heavier person. They need to update them. There was a children’s hockey team spending the night and while the parents were downstairs drinking beer the kids were running all around. I know it’s not really the fault of the hotel, but the management should have said something about the kids. The breakfast wasn’t even any good. They can’t cook porridge and the pancake mix got stuck to the waffle iron. I could not wait to leave that hotel.
