Key Code
Vacasa didn't give me the right key code to get in. Had to wait until the homeowner called. Otherwise the stay was very nice.

Once we made contact with the help desk and they changed the code on the door, we were able to get in and we had a great stay.

A few short falls.
The check in process was the worst. They sent us a code to use on the front door, and the code did not work. We tried texting the support number and they just resent the same code with directions on how to type it in and work the lock. This was very frustrating standing on the front porch with my family and luggage. We had to resort to calling the 800 number and waiting on hold, and then again given the same code to get in that was not working. They finally gave us a number for a lock box to get out an actual key. Someone needs to fix the lock. The condo was as described, but the floors were dirty. We all turned to keeping shoes or socks on because of the dirt. The shower in the master bedroom does not get hot. Luckily the hall bathroom got nice and hot. The pool was great, and there was plenty of room to swim and hang out.

The listing regarding kitchen is wrong. It should state kitchen basics instead of fully stocked. The details were missing. Bring everything you need. Good spacious place and close to the beach. Pool was clean.

A very nice place. It is clean and very comfortable. A great pool. It is not within walking distance to the beach. There is only one parking space, not two. A fan on the patio would be nice to help stay cool and keep the mosquitos off. I highly recommend this place.

-the directions said keypad not working- but it was and luckily the cleaning crew as just leaving and they told me to use the keypad. -the keys to the pool entry did not work and had to call management to get correct one. -the ad said two parking spaces, but there is only one. -the cupboards where very cumbersome to open without handles. - there wasn't even complementary coffee to start the day there is no cutting board.

Winter getaway
Winter getaway. The unit was clean quiet and comfortable and was as advertised in the pictures. The beds were very good and all of the appliances and television sets worked well although there were limited instructions. The only disappointment was the kitchen. Contrary to other rentals we have had the provisions/condiments were very sparse. So bring everything you may need. Also some of the kitchen items such as the toaster coffee maker and can opener were broken but the management company replace the items quickly. The unit was a mile from a very clean and well-maintained beach. FYI, there is a $12 permit fee for parking on the beach.

Nice Vacation Stay
Property was very clean and was in a convenient location. Kitchen was stocked decently, but missing some necessities. Showers were strong and perfect for washing off sand from the day. Linens were fresh and pillows super comfy; bed was very firm. The only thing I would have liked to do is have friends over for dinner. Rental agreement didn't allow for them to be in the unit or pool. This may be a deal breaker for a return visit as we are almost always around others when vacationing. Otherwise, it is a nice, quiet getaway.

Great Stay , awesome kids pool and super responsive!
Great pool for kids and the house was perfect for what we needed. Clean, items we needed and they were super responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again. The pool makes it feel as if a resort is only a few steps away! Our little one loved it!

Our rental was fine. We had the impression from the description that we were 1 block from the beach and that was mist definitely not the case. So we were disappointed in that. The location was quiet and easy to find.

Poor communication
This property was nice and roomy and just as described. I did have a very difficult time communicating with the vacation rental company- VACASA. I sent a message before booking and after booking and I did not get a response until after our trip. When I called the # on the confirmation email, it was the wrong rental company and they had to assist me in getting the correct #. It was very frustrating to not be able to get the answers I needed for our trip. Also, keep in mind that there is one parking space not two and it is located behind the building, not near the front door.

Nice Property but not VRBO
Nice property as described. Two bedroom two bath in a great location. Pool was close the property and had shade and not overcrowded. Beach is a 5 minute drive. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Home had all you need to enjoy your stay. We encountered a couple issues upon check-in: dog crap on the porch, AC issues, and home smelled like fish. We reached out to VRBO but this is a vacasa property listed under VRBO. We never had a follow up call during our entire stay. Super disappointed. The smell went away but the AC needs to be serviced. Overall nice property in great location but getting a hold of the property owner was an issue. Vacasa stayed they were understaffed.
