Accurate as Described

Description of place was accurate, close to beach. Decent fishing in the back, home has enough room for comfortablility. The dryer took a while to dry & microwave did not work. Overall stay was good.

Glad to be on the Island for Family Time!

Overall our stay was good. We were able to relax and enjoy the accommodations for the week. It was close enough to Corpus Christi to be able to visit with family. We enjoyed being able to bring our dogs along with us for the trip. There is just enough of a patch of rocks for the dogs to go on (be careful not to have them walk in the grass out front - STICKERS will get them). I would say that a little more general cleaning/set up would go a long way: better placement of towels (no variety upstairs - only bath), quality dish soap (soap didn't clean), a few spices and oils (may need to put in sealable container) and clean cushions to sit outside on would be simple improvements. A directory of how to work a few of the fans and the AC would have also been helpful. Besides these things, we really liked our stay and were able to enjoy the space for the holiday. Also, thank you for the Christmas goodies and the note.

Vacation 2022

The property was fine could not help the air conditioning compressor went out. The process was ok but had to cut the vacation short because they had no where to relocate us . Was really disappointed as well as the family.

Great Place To Stay

The condo was clean and cozy. The living room was setup nicely. Fishing on the canal was amazing. We enjoyed the place very much.

Quiet and cozy with potential

Nice property close to beach with a boat dock, comfortable bed, close to tourist shops and restaurants, we loved that it was dog friendly and we were able to bring our furry friend with us. I was disappointed there was not not assigned parking spots, had to park in the grass a couple of nights, and the pickup truck did not fit in the garage. The other issue was that the WiFi router was dead when we arrived and it was not able to be replaced until the evening before we departed.

Ok, but needs some attention

Pros: great location, on a canal with great fishing, close to the beach, on a dead end street, plenty of room, beautiful decor, memory foam king beds, comfortable place to stay, quite complex, updated within the last 5 years most likely, HUGE walking closets. Cons: deck upstairs was not very secure to the side of the condo; the back door did not completely shut unless slammed or dead bolted because of the knob being rusted severely; only a small car will fit in the garage because of a broken grill and propane tanks being stored there; the floor in the entire condo was filthy, our feet were black after walking barefoot and had to be mopped multiple times with a mop we bought; the mop the cleaning crew used was left filthy and dripping wet in the laundry room; the dryer door had to be slammed in order to close it and operate the dryer; the downstairs bath tub is the only one that was usable for taking a bath, but while taking a shower there the water wouldn't drain quickly; if you like it cooler at night, either bring you a fan or buy one because the fan upstairs as well as the one in the livingroom are only one speed eventhough the remote that works them has 3 speed buttons and don't move much air at all; the garbage disposal in the kirchen leaks; at one time there was a leak under the upstairs bathroom sink as well; the previous renters left both trash cans overflowing and when we told the Vacasa rep her response was to leave our trash in the house as long as possible until trash pickup (we checked in on Saturday and trash pickup is Fridays), that is COMPLETELY unacceptable!

Great Location and place to stay

We stayed for 7 days and the place was clean and very spacious and comfortable. We were told we would have access to the garage, however, it was locked and we were not given a garage opener. Management opened up a ticket but they never got back with us. However, the a/c started not cooling off after a few days and that got resolved right away. The location is great and very quiet. We fished out of the back deck and it was an easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach. The king size bed was so comfortable I need to find out where they got that memory mattress! I would of like it if they had more trash bags, paper towels and dishwashing soap available, since we were there for a full week and we cooked everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.
