Each villa features canal fishing, kayaking, boating, and wildlife viewing from the convenience of your backyard! Rest easy outdoors, knowing the back deck are kid-friendly with enclosed fencing.

Feeling like a beach bum? Mustang Island beaches are just 1 short mile away. Avid fisherman? Each villa has its own boat dock with quick canal access to the Laguna Madre for fishing! Nearby boat launch and bait shops are within a few miles. Great access for bay fishing of redfish, trout, flounder, or drum. Keep your boat docked in the water ready for action! Love the outdoors? There are also 2 one-person kayaks provided per villa. Additional kayak rentals are close by.

You'll feel at home by the sea, because each villa is fully furnished, with all linens and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc), laundry room with full size washer/dryer, master retreat with private bath, Dish satellite TV in living and master bedroom, WIFI internet access, iHome docking station, hotel style safe, extended 1 car garage, gas grill, and beach gear; everything you need. Just bring your bathing suits and flip flops, tow your boat or jet-ski, make a quick stop at our local grocery store….and your getaway is set!

Conveniently located over the JFK Causeway bridge on Mustang Island. Situated on a large canal behind the CVS Pharmacy, various restaurants, golfing, surf shops, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and more located close by. A short 15-20 minute drive to CC Bayfront Attractions such as the Texas State Acquarium and the Lexington or in the opposite direction down TX-361 to Port Aransas, which is a cute coastal beach community!
