NEW: Looking for Coastal Getaway? Look no further! This lovely home in in the new Ocean Reef Cotttages located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. A convenient drive to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Great location to be close to everything in the Coastal Bend. This brand new 3 Bedroom 2 Bath stilt home includes 5 separate beds sleeping up to 8 adults or 9 with children the master has  a Queen Bed with a large flat screen TV a private Master Bath . 2 Guest Bedrooms the first includes a full size bed and a flat screen TV on the wall, and the second Guest Bedroom includes a double full bunk bed that has a twin trundle below for extra sleeping. This room also has a flat screen TV on the wall. 

The large open living room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV on one wall.  Open dining area and a large kitchen ready for families who enjoy cooking together.

The beautiful Kitchen has new cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of pots and pans to cook some great family meals.

Cozy comfy beach house

The beach house was a great choice to spend our family get away. All the family enjoyed it and loved the beach theme throughout the entire house. Will definitely stay again on our next family vacation.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our time at this rental. We take a trip to this area a few times a year and would most certainly stay here again. It's in our opinion in the perfect location if you want to enjoy Rockport and Port Aransas as we do. Also the community is very clean, plenty of space for parking, and the pool is enjoyable for all ages.

Very clean and great location

Immediately when we walked in we felt like everything was brand new. Nice and clean. We did not realize there was not a washer and dryer in the house, so that was the only drawback about the house (oversight on my part, it was not listed on the listing). We did not have prompt communication from the property management throughout the stay and did not receive check out instructions via email as promised. Again, the property itself was great, clean and spacious. Convenient location, and we enjoyed the community pool. Would recommend.

Disappointing

Took an hour to get the correct code to get in. Property was very clean and it was a comfortable temperature upon arrival. Washing machine had stinky water in it. All drains were very slow. 7 bath towels for 8 peopl, 4 rolls of tp for a week. One of the tvs didn’t work. Pool on the property was out of commission for 2 days. We left early.

Very clean!

Clean home with essentials provided. We enjoyed our stay, about a 10 minute drive from the beach but water view from parts of the the neighborhood. Very peaceful stay.
