“Loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic, clean, roomy. Enjoyed the fireplace in both the bedroom and bathroom. Had a good soak in the whirlpool. Great location near river walkway, restaurants (good brewery). Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, went the extra mile. Loved talking to Lisa every morning. Good cook and was always helpful.”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……

“The character & history were unbelievable, but the staffing was less than ideal. We didn’t see a single person there. Checkout time was pretty early & if you don’t get to breakfast early, you will miss out. There wasn’t even any coffee left. Glad I got a chance to stay there, but I’m not sure I’d go again…”
