“An absolutely wonderful experience! The Inn at Christmas Place is truly magical, offering a unique Christmas atmosphere all year round. The beautiful decorations, festive music, and charming ambiance make this hotel feel like stepping into a Christmas wonderland. The location is excellent, and the service is outstanding, with attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are……

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“Fabulous location and very good service having the trolley straight to the park. Pillows weren’t great, one of mine the pillow case was filthy and wasn’t changed on the 2nd day. Power from shower was very poor.”

“I am very nit picky when it comes to the property. This hotel was very well taken care of. There was someone going around touching up paint before we checked in. It was very clean, smelled clean, and nothing was out of place in the common areas. The pools were well maintained, parking was easy and free, and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted better was the curtains didn’t do much to keep the bright “island” lights out of the room. But other than that, it was fantastic. The……

“Hotel was clean. The staff was so friendly. It's in a great location and within walking distance of main street in Gatlinburg.”

“Very clean!!! Staff were amazing and quick to help!!!”

“It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.”

“The stay wasn't bad. We left early due to stink bugs being EVERYWHERE. The only solution they had was to vacuum the live bugs coming into the room. As soon as they left, more bugs came in. I had to leave. Other than the bugs and no breakfast the 1 night stay was decent.”
