For this being Radisson hotel I expected a better experience! The main complaint was the tv/cable signal was horrible! The audio was continuously cutting out,making for a very frustrating viewing experience! I ended up watching my phone with a equally bad wifi signal!

Really cool conversion of the first city hall of Duluth into a boutique hotel. Our room was on the "first" floor (really the basement) without any windows, which was a little freaky at first. It was so quiet, we felt we were the only people in the building, even though there were several lounges/bars. We parked in the secure parking ramp across the street, which meant we were walking by a number of unhoused people with all of our luggage. There are NO actual staff on the premises, but the many texts that we received were sufficient in terms of checking in/out, and gaining access to the building and our rooms.
