“I booked this place at the last minute because the VRBO place I had reserved cancelled shortly before my arrival. The room was fairly clean and adequate but the overall property was quite run-down and smelled of stale cigarettes. The pictures show a small bar with what appears to be coffee dispensers and breakfast type snacks available off the lobby area. There was nothing like that and there were no vending machines nor ice machines. The rooms have kitchens but there was no kitchenware at……

“Such a cozy stay—perfect for our one-night trip with a family of five and our dog. The water views were beautiful, and the deck was so peaceful to relax on. The kids absolutely loved the loft space! We would definitely stay here again.”

The only thing was it wasnt quite close enough to walk to things but maybe our stay was too brief to be sure. Everything was just a short Uber away so all in all a wonderful stay!”

“A fantastic stay-great location, clean, comfortable, easy parking, and solid value for cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends. Two reasons for a 4* rating, versus 5. First, the front main door of the building was often left ajar/needed to be pulled hard to fully close and lock. We found the area safe and comfortable, and for some that could be uncomfortable. Second reason is that all initial communication is w an AI bot-a sign of the times but when you don’t know……

“The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. ”
