Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Steam + Gym! Summary: Stay in our 4th floor adjoining rooms in the Grand Lodge! This building is just a short walk to the lifts at Crested Butte. Perfect for 4 guests, sleeps up to 8 guests. This listing books 2 hotel rooms that are side by side, that have adjoining doors. Each room has a king bed & a queen pullout sofa, full bathroom, and a small kitchenette. Built in 1999, the building has character and shows its age, but still offers many modern comforts and provides an excellent place to crash for a ski trip! The Neighborhood: We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away! Getting Around: Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer! Other Things to Note: License Number 304458 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100\. \-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 4th floor.
