“Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained.……

“Wonderful host who gave an extremely warm welcome. We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests. Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food ”

“Es war wie ein nach Hause kommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super!! Das Zimmer war geräumig mit großem Badezimmer. “Stayed in a single budget room which was clean and comfortable. The staff and owner make you feel very welcome. Good breakfast and well stocked bar - nice pint of Guiness. No complaints and great value. Pay and display car park a stones throw at £3 for 24 hours. No food in the evenings but would recommend the Dolphin chippy down the hill. Made a pleasant change from the corporate hotel chains.”

“An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. ”
