The front desk (I forgot his name) went out of his way to receive a package and get another one picked up. The location is also great- you can walk or easily find a tuktuk outside, and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. At the same time, it was so peaceful and somehow the outside noise didn't carry in. Wish I could've stayed longer!”

“We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. You need to accept that it’s an old building and isn’t sound proof. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by horns and dogs barking. That’s part of……
“"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. Our room is located on the ground floor, facing right towards a rooftop restaurant. We booked one month before our arrival and it was so noisy, with no view at all. This is so not……

“Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!”
