"Cute house that was nicely updated and comfortable. Dog friendly, which is always appreciated. Had just about everything you need except for kitchen dish towels (we just used the hand towels from the bathroom) and a dining room table. There is a small fold up table with one chair, and a table outside on the lawn that can be used when the weather is nice, otherwise you have to eat on the couch. The Row River Trail (a walking/ biking path) was right across the street which allows you to walk safely next to the road. The road is fairly busy and cars go very fast, so keep those dogs on a leash. Justin doesn’t give you check in details (door code, Wi-Fi) until the morning of your stay, just FYI for those of you (like me!) that gets anxious when the information is not given sooner. I contacted him the day before and he sent it to me immediately, so all good there. No cell service, but the WiFi in the house was fast. I would stay again. "

"The person and staff who run inn really nice. I slept well and shower was good. I like the sink separate from the shower. Someone can use the sink while someone’s in the shower. Room are spacious."

"This was our second time at this property and we came back because we love it so much. We rent vacation houses about 6 times a year and this is the first time we have ever been back to one we had been to previously. My kids love swinging in the hammocks and canoeing in the lake. My wife loves to sit on the back deck by the fire. It’s very close to an amazing restaurant called Dueling Spoons, I suggest you go. And the house is so cute with nautical theme and huge windows overlooking the lake. We were even greeted by a bald eagle on the last morning of our stay. We are starting to make this house a family tradition. Can’t wait to come back next year."

"Beautiful location, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Cottage Grove and Eugene for anything you need. Very private. We enjoyed the daily visits of wild turkeys, deer and ptarmigan. The house was very clean, and attractive, if a bit lacking in things that might make it a bit more homey, like pictures. But that's a small thing overall when you can sit on the deck and see beautiful scenery."
