Great location! Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good. One thing was really a problem was communication with the hotel. I had reservations for a few days and got stranded in São Paulo where all flights were canceled and the hotel refused to give me a discount or an extra day. My not showing up on the day of reservation was completely out of my control.

O apoio da equipe pessimo. Os piores recepcionista que já vi por todos lugares que já viajei. Não dão bom dia, nem boa tarde e nem boa noite. Com cara fechada o tempo todo. Parecem que trabalham a força. Tanto os homens como as mulhres. Se não gostam do que faz, estão bom de mudar de ramos. Cafe da manhã antes era incluso. Hoje é carissimo! Na recepção tem um Microondas velho e cheio de sujeira. Eles não tem coragem hem limpar, muito menos mandar alguém limpsr. Tive nojo de usar o microondas. Isso pq eles oferecem varios lanches congelados. Mas com aquele microondas todo enferrujado e sujo, que deve passar barata dentro, a pessoa pode pegar até uma bactéria. Drus me livre. Imundo o microondas deles. antes era incluso, hoje é separado e carissimo.
