"We really enjoyed our week at swallows nest. We originally booked a weekend but booked and stayed on an extra 4 nights. Really comfortable quiet and owners were lovely people. We would have preferred a washing machine in the cottage instead of the a dish washer but apart from that we all really enjoyed our time at swallows nest.We visited Castell Dinefwr which was only a 10 minutes drive and walked through castle woods which was a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It was very cosy and well equipped. The setting is stunning with beautiful countryside and a haven for wildlife. "Absolutely loved our quick little get away. Lovely remote area and amazing for stars at night. The cottage was a good size even with a toddler running about. The welcome basket was a saving grace and loved the bara brith (ordered more to take home as gifts too). We went into Llandeilo which had not many but lovely shops and on one of our days drove for about an hour to get to folly Farm. It was nice and relaxed and the hot tub was so comfy. "We stayed at Townhouse at Brecon for a family trip and had a lovely experience. The building has lots of character, and as it’s an older property, there is a narrow flight of stairs to the rooms, something to be mindful of, especially with luggage. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Host were absolutely excellent— warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and were very accommodating throughout our stay. Beautiful boxed breakfast was the highlight. A charming place with wonderful hosts, and a great base for exploring Brecon."

"On our arrival we were greeted by the most cheerful host who introduced herself as Sian. She made us feel most welcome. She showed us to our beautiful family room overlooking the Groe Park and the rugby pitch alongside the River Wye. The room was spotless, with a double and single bed and 2 very comfy armchairs in the alcove looking out at the gorgeous view. Sian went out of her way to show concern and interest in the reasons for our visit to Builth. She was most flexible in times for our breakfast. We were given a jug of fresh milk for our tea/ coffee in the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable and we both experienced a very good night’s sleep. Next morning we had one of the most delicious breakfasts we had ever had. This consisted of homemade yogurt, a dish of scrumptious fresh fruit, fruit juice, and a ‘wow’ cooked breakfast including a locally resourced free range orange yolked egg, 2 generous slices of bacon/gammon, loads of mushrooms, etc. etc. We would most definitely recommend Bonwye B & B and we certainly intend to return. Thank you so much Sian and Eifion."

"Everything was very good as always. Went for a second visit to Have the fillet steak to check the new oven wasn't a fluke from the previous week but it was just as good. Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill. Till next time as only 25 mins down the road.."
