“I really enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang - the facilities, breakfast, and room were all excellent, and most staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived after a long motorbike journey from Hue with a hired driver. Instead of being welcomed, staff just come straight to me deliver told he shouldn't stop there, without even greeting me as a guest. Not sure is there a protocol no food delivery bike at the front but hey it should depends……

“優點： 1）我們住的五房，空間很大，足夠一班朋友玩樂。 2）房間也很大 3）有一晚酒店提供的BBQ dinner,非常正真，set好餐枱。 缺點： 1）非常舊 2）有些設施壞了都沒有维修 3）清潔程度一般，可再做得更好（例如：梳化很多污跡；玻璃窗好像有一層磨砂紙，看不清外面） 4）有些房間，屋頂玻璃沒有窗廉布，一晨早陽光巳射入房 5）泳池水太重綠水 6）泳池地磚比較滑 ”

“We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.”

“Very nice villa. Lisa and Tony are so helpful that we can have such a good experience in the Ocean suites.”

“The room was stunning, servers were helpful, definitely would come back! However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you don't mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that. ”

“It’s a fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality! The hotel features a private beach; however, we weren’t able to swim or sunbathe due to the weather. While the breakfast buffet could use more variety, there are great options for both Western and Japanese cuisine. The Japanese breakfast, in particular, was delicious and fresh—definitely a highlight of our stay! ”
