I have NEVER heard anyone on the floor above me but at any hotel stay's it happened. I also have never experienced the water not getting hot in the shower this did not just happen once but twice. I say for $600.00 it was not worth Breakfast was okay I have gotten better at cheaper hotels they did have a good variety. It was me trying to take a shower at 6:30 AM and the water being cold why I would not stay again.
