"Unfortunately the funicular train nearby goes under maintenance. This will be very very inconvenient if you need to take your luggage from the train station to the hotel. Suggest for the hotel to equip small fridge for the room."

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill ..."

"Onze verblijf was zeer aangenaam. De gastheer was heel aardig en gaf een thuis gevoel. Woning voldeed aan alle wensen en schoon. Omgeving was ook zeer aangenaam met een winkels op 10 minuten rijden. Ook voor kinderen veel vermaak."
