The front staff was welcoming and friendly! Breakfast was very good...better than most I have had. The staff was super friendly and paid attention to my party and our needs. Loved the pool, great seating area to watch the sunrise and enjoy sitting at night. Very quiet and close to many things to do.

This property is right on the ocean, best part about the place! Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room faced the ocean but overlooking the parking lot. Had a kitchen but we didn’t use it. The property is run down and shows its age but location was excellent. Also lots of (homeless?) traveling people coming off the street without reservations and eating the breakfast, using pool, and sleeping in their cars. Annoying. All in all had a great 4 days.

The room appeared perfectly clean absolutely wonderful. Then we return to the room around 11 PM. Roaches found roaches in our bags found roaches in our clothes all sizes, teeny, tiny and large very strange because there was no sign of anything like that. It’s Florida though and these things are likely to happen. Staff was very supportive just a different room. We didn’t have any further trouble. The staff really were five star.

The hotel is a little dated..but the rooms are clean and the beds are really comfortable. The only real problem I see is there isn't adequate parking. Is limited space and there is no lightning so It feels a little sketchy at night. Overall I would stay here again for a weekend for the price being it's right on the beach.

Our room was oceanfront, extremely spacious, and had super comfy beds. A dehumidifier was supplied because it’s essential in FL in July. The staff was superb…always pleasant and so willing to go the extra mile to make our stay a good one. The free continental breakfast was a big plus too. The negatives were few but important. The facility is old and in need of a facelift. It only has one elevator but that was never a problem to us. There are only 3 suites which have a private balcony but not totally private because of the location of the outside staircase. Overall, it was still a wonderful stay in an excellent location on the beach. We got to see diving birds, fishermen, hydrofoil surfers., etc.

This hotel is amazing when you are on a budget. The outside is kind of run down but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is hot, the staff is helpful and friendly and the owner Grace is onsite often and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is family run and Grace’s grandson (adorable little boy) is around often helping out with his dad. The hotel itself is literally feet from the beach and the sunrises are amazing!
