“This unique spot was a perfect place for peace and quiet. We had the Greenbeard unit, named after trailing lichens! It ’s a combined cabin/tent. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a lot of rain but enjoyed sitting on one of the two decks on a sunny morning. ”

“My family of four stayed in the family room. We were a little disappointed, not to have a view of the town, but it is the only room that sleeps for.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were excellent in the morning, a great way to start the day.
This is a great place to spend a couple of nights.”

“L’hotel è molto caro, ma non vale i soldi spesi. Le camere sono standard, non tanto grandi; per andare a letto da una parte è molto stretto e non si può fare a meno di pestare la tenda, che è quindi piuttosto sporca. I battiscopa e il muro, soprattutto del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, perché sono scrostati. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori esterni.
Per fortuna il personale è molto gentile e la colazione è buona e varia.

“Great hotel in a great location, right by the water and a short walking distance to all the restaurants at the marina. Parking right at the hotel as well. Rooms are lovely, staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good - will be staying here again next time we are in Knysna.”
