“The apartment was amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The balcony was beautiful with west facing views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants and cafes. As well, close to Delphi and other towns/villages along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth such as Galaxidi and Erateini. So stunning and beautiful. Efi was an amazing host. Always there for us. Overall a most enjoyable stay in Efi’s apartment in Itea. ”

“Villa Terracotta was our homebase for a 10 day celebration of my 80th birthday. It was perfect. Spacious, cool, five bathrooms for five people. We had a wonderful time. Also, as a bird watcher, I really enjoyed the vegetation on the property and the undeveloped surroundings, which brought in many species of native birds. It was very close to Delphi, and we enjoyed many trips down to the beach at Itea. We also made it up to Mount Parnassus. I would come again in an instant.”

“This villa was fantastic! It had three bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the lower level. We only used 2 of the three on the ground floor. The villa had central heating and a fireplace stocked with wood and a large wood pile outside. The villa was very large and a terrace with a great view of the valley. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Highy recommend.”

“We enjoyed our stay. I wanted to flag that you should also have the coffee maker and the espresso machine cleaned. They were quite dirty, so I didn't end up using them. Everything else and all the other touches were very nice. We really liked the drink you left for us.”

“Excellent stand alone house. Very stylish and comfortable. Two bedrooms with a Queen and then double beds. Log fire! Large lounge with a beautiful white horse that lives right next to the house- who is very friendly. Very quiet location in a lovely quiet village. Excellent greek meal in the village square walking distance from house.
We stayed in the middle of summer, so if there were some fans or airconditioning available that would be even better. We didn't know how to turn on the thermostat.……

“We stayed three nights in Delphi, and were fortunate to have chosen this place for our base. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied, including some breakfast food and chilled water which was much appreciated. The view of the gulf and the mountains is in fact spectacular - we frequently hung out on the patio, which had awnings to shade the sun. Location is great - short walks to restaurants and to the start of hiking trails above the town and archeological site.……
