“Overall cleanliness was lacking. Toilet not cleaned. Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was disappointing…no coffee ready nor available creamer. Property was quiet but overall disappointed and won’t stay there again”

“It is a peaceful hotel and pretty quiet. The staff is very nice. The room is clean. My only complaint is never having new towels and trash taken out. When we do go ask for it, they are very nice to provide it. I am there on business and would love to come in and have those things already done. ”

“The only positive things about this hotel is it was super inexpensive. $62 with tax and it is right off of Hwy 55, so convenient to the Interstate. I reserved a room with a king bed but no king beds when I checked in, I found a dead bug on the dresser, and the smoke detector was laying on the bed with no battery in it!! Not safe!! The free breakfast was a joke!! All items came in plastic bags. With the exception of the fruit. It is about as basic as it gets and I did not like that I booked a……

“We have stayed at this hotel a few times over past 20 years or so. I believe our last time was just after a renovation and actually was quite nice then. I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.). This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition.
